Online personal training is training that takes place while being online with a coach.

Training is programmed and customized on every trainee. Before the first online training, the trainee will be body assessed and asked to provide details about injuries he might have as well as a plan of his personal goals.

If you are a team player and you don’t like working out alone then this program is for you. It is a general fitness program for groups which caters for the needs of the trainees in the group (2-4 people).

Group online training takes place online in live connection with the coach and other co-trainees. The training is done in a group of 2-4 people.

They also need the camera and a computer, tablet or mobile phone so that their coach can correct them during practice.

However, for optimal coordination of the group, equipment must be the same so that everyone can I have the same training.

Each training program is formed by the common equipment the trainees have in their disposal as well as the place they choose to have their training. If there is no equipment, training will be done with use of the body weight, this will apply to all members of the group. We should stress that the more equipment one has yes, the more effective. The more effective the training will be in the long run.

Training in this category is structured to accommodate the whole group. For this reason, before the beginning of the program, all members will be asked to provide a detailed medical history. Online Coaching

Online training without the presence of a coach.

If time is valuable for you and you would like to train at your own pace, then this plan fits your needs perfectly. It is a personalized training program adjusted to your goals combines with a weekly monitoring of progress.

Online coaching has been created for those who want a more flexible choice than Online Personal Training and Group Training programs. It is a workout and fitness program that a trainee can do at his own time, in a week, without the presence of a coach.

The trainee receives a video of the program. Then he chooses the location and the time he wishes and through our platform he can follow the training program. Each trainee has a file which contains his program in videos. The trainee can have access to the videos from any device (computer, tablet, mobile phone) through a personal account.

The advantage of this program in comparison to the rest is that there is no need to set an appointment with the coach. It can be done anytime and day within a week. The trainee is free to choose where he wishes to train as long as the place has the necessary equipment for the program.

Each training program is created taking into consideration the equipment available at the place the trainee chooses to exercise. If there is no equipment then training will be done using his body weight. We should stress that the more equipment one has at his disposal the more effective his training will be in the long run.
