A top athlete’s performance is something judged by a split second, a few centimeters or a single point during a game. What distinguishes a good high-level athlete from an excellent one is nothing more than tiny details. As a consequence improving a top athlete requires expert handling, scientific knowledge, specialization and technical mastery. Each athlete is in need of different approach in order to achieve personal development. Let us not forget that professional athletes are already improved models in their sport and have dedicated thousand of hours of practice and effort in order to reach such a high level. Therefore, for such an athlete to improve even more at what he is already doing so well requires work and focus on something very specific that he hasn’t mastered yet.
